Printing & Copying File Requirements

PDF files are a great way to streamline the printing process. When created properly your PDF document will contain all the fonts, graphics, images and formatting of your original file.

For the best copy output we strongly suggest the use of digital files. The quality of screens and images will be much higher than a 'photocopied' original.

• If you are providing documents for Photocopying
• Please provide laser originals with clear and bold copy. Try and avoid "light" lines and screens.
• Number your originals and note the number of copies required for each page.
