Personalized Jobs File Requirements

Document files are used to set up the text for laser personalized letters(mail merge) and forms.

While we should have no problem reading the following formats on our systems, there is no guarantee that we will have exactly the same fonts as are specified in your original. If you do not send all the fonts used in your document it cannot be printed to match your original.

The most preferred format for "personalized jobs" involving 'mail merge' is Microsoft Word and PDF.

Other file formats not listed may be used but please check with us first. Custom programming or other non-productive time required to work with your files will be billable.

Image Formats (eg. signatures)

We suggest .tif format for signatures you are providing or send us your hand-signed signature, preferably in black ink and we will scan it in your document.
